Meet the Management Team
Pascal Essiembre
Pascal made his mark in Enterprise Application Development for several years before getting actively focused in the Enterprise Search industry and then founding Norconex in 2007. Pascal remains grounded and very alert by getting “hands on” whenever possible on Norconex enterprise search projects. Aside from being Norconex’s president, Pascal also heads the Product Division of Norconex.
David Gaulin
David serves as Vice-President of Professional Services at Norconex, where he currently leads our team of highly qualified enterprise search specialists. Mr. Gaulin manages projects across North America for clients ranging from law firms to government agencies, helping them select, architect and implement enterprise search solutions tailored to their needs.
Mike Clark
Mike Clark, Director of Business Development
Mike has spent his entire career in a sales and business development capacity. Prior to joining the team at Norconex Mike worked in the competitive IT staffing industry. His private and public sector sales and business development experience is a definite asset when positioning Norconex products and specialized professional services to existing and future clients. A results oriented individual, Mike is motivated by having a direct and significant positive impact on Norconex clients.
